Royal Wootton Bassett has a real mix of properties - older stone and brick cottages along the High Street, terraced streets through the town centre, and larger modern estates off Coped Hall and around Templars Firs. Older sash windows and stone surrounds suit the gentle pure water clean I use, with no chemicals that could mark paintwork or stonework. The newer estates often have first and second-floor glass that's awkward to reach any other way, which is where the water-fed pole system comes in - it reaches up to three storeys from the ground without ladders against your property.
Being a market town just off the M4, properties in Royal Wootton Bassett can pick up road dust quickly, especially on the main road side. An 8-weekly clean keeps on top of it before dirt has a chance to bake onto frames and seals. Frames and sills are cleaned as part of every visit - not just the glass.

I take pride in leaving an excellent finish to every window clean I do. Included in the window clean is a thorough clean of all the frames, sills, vents and all doors. All my cleans are done with a pure water fed pole and I can reach most hard-to-reach areas.
Your fascias, soffits and the outsides of your gutters are brought back to a shiny, almost new finish. It's surprising how much of a difference shiny white fascias make to the appearance of your property.
I clear leaves and moss from the gutter with a vacuum system, so rainwater runs off the roof the way it should. I always offer an initial free gutter inspection so you can see exactly what's in your gutters.
Your conservatory windows are included in every clean as standard. I also offer ad hoc conservatory roof cleaning to improve the appearance and light in your conservatory. Greenhouses can also be booked on an ad hoc basis.
