Old Town has more character than most parts of Swindon - Victorian and Edwardian terraces along Bath Road and the streets running off the High Street, larger period properties around The Lawn and Kingshill, and pockets of newer infill alongside the older stock. A fair few homes have original sash windows, decorative stonework or older paintwork that doesn't take kindly to harsh chemicals or careless ladders against the frames. The pure water fed pole system suits these properties well: no detergents, no chemicals, and most cleans are done from the ground without anything leaning against your home.
Bath Road and the High Street pick up traffic dust quickly, so 8-weekly cleans keep on top of it before grime has a chance to bake onto frames and sills. Frames and sills are cleaned as part of every visit, not just the glass. For the bigger properties around The Lawn with first and second-floor windows, the water-fed pole reaches up to three storeys from the ground without ladders against the brickwork.

I take pride in leaving an excellent finish to every window clean I do. Included in the window clean is a thorough clean of all the frames, sills, vents and all doors. All my cleans are done with a pure water fed pole and I can reach most hard-to-reach areas.
Your fascias, soffits and the outsides of your gutters are brought back to a shiny, almost new finish. It's surprising how much of a difference shiny white fascias make to the appearance of your property.
I clear leaves and moss from the gutter with a vacuum system, so rainwater runs off the roof the way it should. I always offer an initial free gutter inspection so you can see exactly what's in your gutters.
Your conservatory windows are included in every clean as standard. I also offer ad hoc conservatory roof cleaning to improve the appearance and light in your conservatory. Greenhouses can also be booked on an ad hoc basis.
